Refund & Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform.
Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
- The order has been communicated to the seller/merchant and shipping has been initiated.
- The product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
- M42 TECH does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
- Refund/replacement is possible if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the seller/merchant inspects and confirms the issue.
Product Not as Described
If the received product is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify our customer service within 5 days. After review, our team will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty Products
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Processing
In case of refunds approved by M42 TECH, it will take up to 2 days for the refund to be processed and credited to you.
